When you request an appointment or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle size, selected services and add-ons, preferred appointment date and time, and any notes you choose to include. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Our booking request does not require a card, deposit or upfront payment. Submitting a request gives us your preferred appointment details; Oscar follows up by text to confirm availability and final pricing.
Our hosting and technology providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and the time of a request to deliver and protect the website. Essential storage may support security, website functions and remembering your privacy choices.
